Samsung Galaxy C7 2017 global variant approved by FCC dubbed as  SM-C710F (Updated)

The Dual camera setup has become a trend from last one year; actually, it seems an advantageous combination to enhance the camera capabilities. Now, Samsung is the next to adopt this technique as there are two upcoming smartphones in this list – The Samsung Galaxy C7 2017 and The Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Announce date of the Galaxy Note 8 has confirmed to 23 August whereas still, doubt remains about C7 2017. The Galaxy C7 has already made its appearance twice on TEENA with model number “SM-C7100” and “C-7108” respectively.

Now, finally, the handset has got certified from FCC, which means the device is ready to ship in the global scale.  The listing also reveals some images, but we have no doubt remained about its design as we already have a precise look, shown by TEENA images. Further, Still, we are not sure which would be the Samsung’s first dual SIM smartphone as both Note 8 and C7 2017 are fully prepared to make their entrance into the market anytime soon. The model number labeled on FCC certificate is SM-C710F which already got Bluetooth SIG approval certificate along with SM-C7100 and SM-C7108 a couple of months ago.



Previously, Teena listing suggested that it will be featuring a 5.5 inches Full HD AMOLED display, 1.69GHz octa-core chipset, Dual 13MP + 8MP rear camera combo, 16MP selfie shooter and Android 7.1.1 TouchWiz based OS. Apart from that, the device would be available in two different variants – 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB RAM. The battery capacity is 3000 mAh both TEENA and FCC certificate confirmed.


Update: A recent GeekBench listing confirms its SoC as MediaTek P20 (MT-6757), which works on 4 x ARM-A53 @ 2.3GHz and 4 x ARM-A53 @ 1.6GHz, same as TEENA listing suggested. Via
